Very good product ?? good suction on it for carpet

Excellent,compact cleaner once you get used to adjusting power and the wheels on the back of the main brush head. Retractable power cord the best part. Struggles with thin floor coverings has too much suction for them.

I worked for many years for the NHS and was used to seeing Henry being trundled around by his trunk and seeing his friendly smile. One day, I had a patient leave a lot of mess in my carpeted testing room from their shoes so decided to visit the cleaner's cupboard to use her Henry. I was so impressed that I promised myself that one day, I would buy one. I love my Henry he sucks up all the dirt generated by my three dogs with no problem - I wish I'd bought him sooner. My only issue was that he didn't come with a manual so I had to search online for one.

OMG who knew that a vacuum cleaner could be so good!? So happy with my new Henry. I’ve tried so many others and they have never been a patch on the quality & efficiency of Henry. I actually like vacuuming now ??.

The suction is super strong, and the cord is long enough to cover pretty large areas without unplugging. It’s quiet too.
