Great power, does the job better than previous vacuum did which was more expensive

Easy to put together. Good vacuum, the anti hair wrap seems to be working. Just a bit top heavy when it’s put together but folds down neatly for storage.

I have never had a Shark product before and have use another very known brand. I got use to a flex vacuum again very quickly and was really pleased with the overall effectiveness. Lot of dust came out of the lounge carpet on the first use, so surprised, it is a good product.

looks like a good poduct only had a few days but happy with the performance .. Not sure about the Shark website though ...I wanted to purchase another part but after been sent from one screen to another gave up

This is the second Shark vacuum cleaner I’ve bought and I am so happy with this make of cleaner. It picks up so much and with the anti-hair wrap it is even easier to clean it. I prefer one with a flex rather than battery and this flex is so long I can do the whole of my downstairs from one plug. It has two settings - carpet and hard floor which is useful and bends in the middle so you can get under furniture. There is nothing I don’t like about it.

Great product! Upright but folds in half for easy storage. Good suction and easy to empty.

I had to have my original purchase replaced due to one side of the ‘knee’ joint snapping, which is clearly a weak spot. Having said this, the performance and every other aspect of the product is excellent as was the efficient and courteous way the replacement was dealt with by AO.
