Great product! Upright but folds in half for easy storage. Good suction and easy to empty.

I had to have my original purchase replaced due to one side of the ‘knee’ joint snapping, which is clearly a weak spot. Having said this, the performance and every other aspect of the product is excellent as was the efficient and courteous way the replacement was dealt with by AO.

I bought this to replace my other vac which was so hard to push around on my new carpet. So glad I chose this Shark because it just glides over the deep pile picking up every little spec of dust and although the cleaning head is a lot smaller than my other vac, I actually get the job done a lot quicker which is due to it being so much lighter and easier to move over the carpet. I've always had my doubts about whether anti-hair wrap really worked as my daughters long hair has always been a problem and at least now I know, it really does work, though it's not perfect, but it is a massive improvement over the non-hair wrap vacs. It also comes apart so easily so cleaning the stairs is a real doddle, as is getting around skirtings and covings. I'm really impressed with this machine as it's definitely the best designed I've ever owned. I've had to give this a 5 star rating, but only because it doesn't go up to 10.

Excellent little hoover, picks up all hair and dirt from the floor a very good vacuum the lights are good for the dark corners. Very easy controls to change from hard floor to carpet.

Labrador and retriever that would rather leave their coats on the carpet than themselves….. thank goodness we fished for a shark …. Excellent product that does what it says on the box…. Far better than our Dyson. Service very good and delivered bang on time
