I absolutely love this vacuum cleaner the dog hairs it got up was amazing it’s light and very easy to use packs away very nicely the bit you empty is a bit small so you empty it more but the bits it gets up makes up for that very powerful suction I well recommend to any one the price was great too.

I am over the moon with my purchase. It's easy to use, and having the dual floor feature I can just glide from room to room at the flick of a switch. The "Flexology" system is great for getting under furniture, as is the anti hair wrap facility, it certainly does what it says!! Anyone considering purchasing a Shark should, I wished I purchased mine ages ago!

Absolutely amazing the best hoover I've ever bought

I’m only a week in to my Shark relationship, but it has so far made vacuuming a slight hobby (it is a lockdown) love that it has little headlights, great suction and easy to switch from hardwood floors to carpet with a button at the top.

One of the best products I’ve owned, great power and performance with sleek design and nifty functions. Easy to store with the fold over handle, and useful to collapse to a handheld. Would definitely recommend

The delivery was brilliant but after I think I may be the only person on the planet to have a problem with the anti hair wrap technology? It was ok for a few months but then I noticed a lack of power. Sure enough there was a build up of hair on the rollers. I got in touch with Shark and they were amazing. Polite and helpful and replacing the motor etc. They did all they could and we decided that I should get back in touch with AO for either a replacement or a refund. After a couple of exchanged emails I was told to contact the manufacturers to resolve the problem? Did AO even listen to me or read my emails? How very annoying ....
