The delivery was brilliant but after I think I may be the only person on the planet to have a problem with the anti hair wrap technology? It was ok for a few months but then I noticed a lack of power. Sure enough there was a build up of hair on the rollers. I got in touch with Shark and they were amazing. Polite and helpful and replacing the motor etc. They did all they could and we decided that I should get back in touch with AO for either a replacement or a refund. After a couple of exchanged emails I was told to contact the manufacturers to resolve the problem? Did AO even listen to me or read my emails? How very annoying ....

Easy to use and store. Light weight and good suction!

I genuinely had no idea my carpet was so dirty. There was dirt trapped deep in the carpet which wasn't visible, after use there was a huge difference! I emptied the hoover 3 times for just 1 room! It's not too loud or too heavy. My 6 month old son likes to watch the LED lights on the front, which is a great distraction, allows me to crack on. Amazing product, very happy!

Bought to use in my office to replace a useless Vax Cordless vacuum cleaner, which never had any suction power at all and shocking battery life (hence replacing with a corded version)... and this Shark product certainly delivers. It's lightweight, easily transitions from wood flooring to matting, has a very long cord (10m) and does exactly what a vacuum cleaner should. Highly recommended.
