I bought this product for my 85 year old mum. She says it is a great vacuum cleaner. Easy for her to use and empty. She loves how it folds down so that she can carry it uptairs with ease.

Very good hoover, easy to use, lighter than previous hoover and great for using on stairs. I have taken off a star as 1) it's unable to stand up on its own unless collapsed into its storage position, and 2) because the dust cup fills up quickly so needs to be emptied during hoovering (but maybe this will resolve itself after a few uses as there has been a lot of excess dust on my carpets as the previous hoover had lost a lot of its suction power). Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and have already recommended this model.

Easy to use, lightweight, great suction amazing how much dust it collects. No loss of suction. The anti-hair wrap technology is fantastic. Great manoeuvrability. Excellent idea to add lights on main head. Would highly recommend.
