Such a good hoover, it has been cleaning the carpets perfectly. Really easy to use, easy to control, easy to empty and was so easy to put together from the box. It arrived quickly, the guys at AO we're fantastic they called to say when they would be at the house and were lovely. I loved the packaging, really impressed that I could recycle it! First time of buying a stick cleaner, and I have to say this product is very good. The downside is the lack of tools. With a pet you have to buy the tool separately.
