I did quite a lot of research before choosing the Shark HZ500UK Vacuum Cleaner. I have only used it once so far, but my early experience is really good and positive. I found it easy to follow the instructions and set up and using it was easy as well. It did everything it said on the tin, including the Anti Hair Wrap Technology which seemed to work a treat! The only cons I would say, which are only minor, is when the vacuum is in the Flexology mode I found it a bit hard to manoeuvre and control. But that might be just me not being used to it yet. And a couple of other minor points - It would be nice if the power cord was retractable and there was somewhere to store the attachments that come with it. But these are just minor points and it wouldn't stop me highly recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone :-)
