So far - as only had a week - it's excellent, lightweight, easy to assemble and with a 10m long cord, I can vacuum several rooms without having to un-plug and move to another socket. Easy to empty the dust cup and the anti-hair wrap feature is brilliant !

So far so good. Very easy to manoeuvre and can do my stairs easily. Nice long cord to get around the house easily. Don’t like that top half of the machine is too heavy so won’t stand up on its own. Need to prop it up.

This is absolutely amazing, you can actually see I have hoovered. Picks up fantastially. Wish it had a bigger bin but thats a minor detail. So easy to set up, terrific+ easy collapsable storrage. Wish I'd discovered this sooner. Fully 100% recommend.

Great product, great service always on time

I bought this as I have a spine problem and weak wrists. Great lighter weight option, still with the powerful suction of a conventional upright vacuum. I didn’t want a cordless as I know the batteries lose efficiency over time. Hoovering the stairs is a breeze. I like how compactly it stores away, and I like the ability to hoover under things with the flex olive rather than having to stoop all the time. The only drawbacks for me of this particular model are the fact it doesn’t stand up on its own (obviously because it’s top heavy) so you have to lean it against a wall, for example, if you need to use both hands to move something out of the way whilst vacuuming, and that the tools, like crevice tool etc don’t store attached to the vacuum so you have to carry/take them with you as you clean.

Light and easy to use, gets into awkward spaces no problem. The length of the cable makes it reach further than other vacuum cleaners that I’ve had.

Excellent product. Super strong vacuum and I like how it folds small for storage. Could do with a handle for easy moving from floor to floor. So flexible, can go right under the sofa without moving the furniture.

10 years of being frustrated with dog fur wrapped around brushes and rollers and this Shark - ha! No problem! I needed this 10 years ago!! And now I can't stop vacuuming!
