Lightweight and powerful. Fits neatly together and looks well made

Lightweight but picks up dirt really well including dog hair on carpet. Not quite so impressed on tiled floor but overall very good. Need to empty the dust collection cup every time we use it but that's easy to do. Is a different action to push/pull to other vacuums have had before. Light on the front is a good idea and helpful especially under furniture. Hope it will be durable but only time will tell however Shark do offer a 5 year warranty so if anything does happen then sure it will be sorted.

Hoover is brill. My car kit was missing and I have had no response from AO!

Excellent shark vacuum cleaner went back to a corded vacuum the cable length covers the whole flat with out unplugging it and it folds up conveniently for storage and good on hard surfaces and carpets would recommend product

1st time Shark buyer (Dysons previously). So far, really impressed - quiet, versatile, powerful and feels really well made. Good to look at (if a vac can be) - even the kids keen to use 'Sharknado' so it's a win all round!

Not too noisy and picks up well. Needs to be handled differently to an upright hoover - the weight is at the top where you hold it so could be a problem for those who can't lift. It also makes guiding the cleaner a little trickier, but practice will improve using it. Don't let go when it's upright as it will fall over, but it looks neat when folded for storage. Seems easy to empty, which it needs to be, as the container is small. But just right for our smaller home and the car.
