Really good hoover, light weight, easy to use and cleans the house brilliantly and picks up everything. The different attachments you get with the hoover make cleaning the stairs and hard to reach areas so much easier. On the pricey side, but worth every penny.

Excellent. Picked up so much dirt and hair. Previously had to go over the carpet to pick up dog hair as previous vacuum did not pick it up, just spread it around. Nice and light and easy to use as a hand held on the stairs etc. Very pleased.

A good lightweight product that is powerful enough to clean up the toughest of dirt on the carpet. I was worried that my deep pile carpet would cause problems for this device, but no such issue! Also, the cord is long enough to do the downstairs and stairs without changing socket! The handy attachments are useful for hard to reach places. Very impressed!

Item arrived on time and delivery driver was knowledgeable about the product as well. The vacuum cleaner itself was easy to put together and like other reviewsmention, is easy to use and efficient. however, it is irritating that it doesn't stay upright on its own during use but love the fact it folds down for storage. Flexi stem feels a little unstable but will reserve judgement on that until I have used it for longer'

I switched to this vacuum cleaner having used a Hoover cylinder vacuum for a number of years. Honestly shocked by how much more the Shark is picking up. I thought my house was clean!! Some of the features I have really enjoyed: - Anti-hair wrap. I have long thick hair which gets everywhere, and also a cat. The Shark handles both easily. I checked the brush after a few weeks of use and there was minimal hair on the brush. I do find it collects in the cylinder bit in the bin, so to ensure continued suction I find I have to empty the bin after every use. But for me this isn't an inconvenience. - Absolutely love being able to detach the floor part and use it as a handheld vacuum. This makes it much easier to use some of the tools, and means it's nice and lightweight. I hoover my sofas every so often now, because I can and it's super quick - Flexology. This seemed a bit gimmicky but is actually really useful. Works best on hard floors but is doable on a short pile carpet also. - All paper packaging. It's really lovely to see a premium product packaged in an environmentally responsible way. There were two bits of plastic in the box, one was the plug cover and the other was a plastic cable tidy. Everything else was paper based. A couple of minor points from me. - The 10m cable is really good because I can access all areas of my flat from one socket, however it is a little unwieldy. - The bin capacity is quite small. I clean my flat once or twice a week and still manage to fill the bin quite a lot so I empty after every use. I don't mind this but someone with a bigger house might end up emptying partway through a clean.

This vacuum is genius! I knew I didn’t want a cordless one as the battery life is sure to wane over time so when I spotted this handheld on sale, it was a done deal. The delivery was free and arrived in record time. Communication was spot on, with text alerts and a call from the delivery driver when close. And it was super easy to assemble! Within minutes, I had the entire apartment looking spotless. My favourite feature is the ability to detect a switch between different surfaces: from hard flooring to carpet and for the Hoover to respond with the appropriate intensity. Love that

This is a really good vacuum. Very powerful and easy to use. And it folds away so needs very little storage space. Really pleased

Brilliant product - suction is equal to the much heavier and cumbersome upright corded roller-ball type of vacuum as it's more than half the weight! I went for the corded version for the maximum length and convenience in cleaning time. I have already recommended this product to my hairdresser!
