SO easy to use and manoeuvre around. Anti-hair wrap feature has been fantastic and it has sucked up loads of dust from the carpet that we didn’t know was there. Fairly heavy and has needed recharging before 60 mins but, on balance, super impressed and very glad we made the purchase!

Replaced our handheld dyson with this and haven't looked back. Plenty of power, versatile with different attachments and great battery life. Pleased with purchase.

Bought this Shark vacuum cleaner when our old Dyson decided to stop working. Only had it a few weeks but so far I haven’t had any issues and find it’s more powerful than the Dyson. Its battery life is really good, and the fact you can change from hard floor to carpet at the touch of a button is definitely a plus. The one negative is that the spare tools have to be kept in a bag (which is provided) and not on the vacuum itself. Despite this I would recommend this product to anyone looking at purchasing a new one.

Much better suction than the older model we have. Bought in particular to deal with dog and cat hairs and it is pretty effective for this. It is also very effective for diferent surfaces within the home, ie carpet wooden floor, tiled floor.

Needs a second battery, otherwise great.

This is just fantastic! I love the lights on the front, it cleans super well and the fact that it comes apart in so many ways means it's helpful to do all the hard jobs like the stairs. The main vaccum is powerful enough to not even need the pet hair section!
