We had the previous model for nearly 10 years thats and the price should be enough to say how good this product is and now it has a 10 year warranty whats not to like. Buy one now

Shoddy product. Rubbish service from Whirlpool / Hotpoint / Indesit. Main oven packed up 5 days outside 12 month guarantee. Whirlpool refused to be flexible and wanted £120 engineer charge for "free" parts warranty. Tried dealing with customer services - waste of breath. Didn't ring back to deal with our complaint. None of our appliances (including previous Indesit) ever packed up in less than 5 years. When we read another AO review that a Hotpoint oven (effectively the same) was blowing elements every two or three years we decided to cut our losses and put the money towards a Zanussi,

Very good quick delivery. Covid free. delivery of a double oven. Only thing is I tried to message online to see if it should have two shelve in the bottom oven like the instruction picture /booklet. But not able to answer my question
