On delivery we discovered that there was only one internal shelf. After contacting AO we were told that we would this was normal - even though the instruction manual clearly states that it should have 2 and we would have to purchase another one. We didn't and contacted GE and they are sending out a FREE 2nd shelf. shame on you AO.

Delivery staff where fantastic,product was fitted the day after and has been a fantastic replacement,good sized double oven with very usefull timer and alarm.

Good product, an updated version of our old oven, which lasted 10 years, the only negative is it’s produces a lot of condensation and the water drops to the floor, otherwise it’s ok.

No light or window in upper oven. Not enough shelves. Uneven cooking in lower oven. Call-out required barely a year after purchase - overheating and generating fumes. Handbook carelessly put together, difficult to follow, and confused, with too much information about other models. If you're thinking of getting it, make sure you're well covered!

This hasn’t been installed yet but I’m sure it will heat up food, just like it’s meant to. Good looking and the only downside is that it only has two racks for both of the ovens so I’ve bought extra online.

Easy to install and so whisper quiet we sometimes have to check it's actually switched on! Looks fab and heats up quickly. Overall a great product for the budget customer.

Good oven for the price, does look on the cheaper side but does the job. Shame about only having 1 shelf for the main oven but I think this is pretty standard
