Good points: Stylish, quick to heat up, relatively quiet compared to our old oven, good size top and bottom ovens, grill is quick and you can control if you have one side or two on. Bad points: Grill pan handle doesn't look the safest to hold the pan up, not enough shelves included (glad I kept the ones from our old oven!) Overall I would buy this again

Does the job. The only thing I don't like so far is the grill pan supplied comes with a detachable handle. Although I see the benefit in these for me struggling with my grip I'm worried about dropping my dinner on the floor! Otherwise it's a great oven and grill for a great price.
