Great product to replace older model. Easy install

The oven itself is great value, however I was disappointed with the fact that it only comes with one main oven shelf !! It needs 2 shelves to be a practical appliance. We had to buy another one at cost. Was quoted £51 from hotpoint to buy another one directly from them . Ridiculous!!

The price of the item was brilliant. Fully fitted the day of delivery,and the delivery guys were great. Overall I can't praise AO enough,customer service and the online ordering process was excellent. Everything promised was indeed delivered to the letter. Well done AO.

Good oven looks good to would bay again

The oven replaced a previous version of the same model which had given very good service during its lifetime. The new model is even better than the previous - it is more elegant visually and works perfectly. The only problem was that one of the oven shelves was missing from the package, but after contacting manufacturers by phone a shelf was sent out to us free of charge within three days.
