excellent product easy to install just plug and play , this is the 2nd same unit i have bought for my shepherd huts , both huts have the same cooker in now , the guests like them as they are easy to use and are easy to clean for us . highly recommended for its price

I wish I had stuck with a fan oven. It was very difficult to get used to and you could easily burn food as the top grill would come on/remain on. This product lasted 18 months before the lower element overheated and packed up, so now I basically have a grill. As it is out of warranty I will not bother to try and get it fixed having read the problems other people have had with having to get it fixed multiple times. Avoid.

Great oven that I use for baking bread, cakes and pies, toast, roasts, anything. Good even heat. Neat and stylish.

It works! However, different additional function so instead of grill or cook,mist has grill/grill and heat from bottom / heat from bottom. This usually means if heat from bottom looks insipid and slower to cook and if use the mixed grill and bottom incinerate things. Still getting used to it. AO service itself faultless. Quick, painless, efficient, reliable

The delivery personnel were excellent . The washing machine is excellent too.
