Impeccable service from AO but the oven is a little basic. For the price and the energy efficient rating I can’t complain though. The oven only comes with one grill pan (but no wire grill) and one oven rack which is really odd. It should come with a grill pan rack and two shelves like other ovens. This will make it difficult to cook meals in. On this basis I wouldn’t recommend buying this product. The mechanical timer is a good feature though.

This oven is really simple to use and not too many parts to go wrong. One of the few ovens you can just plug in. It would benefit from having an extra shelf but otherwise is great and reasonably priced.

Ordered online and got a follow up phone call to confirm details which h was great. Got given a delivery slot in advance and also a call when they were near so didn't,t have to sit in all day.. delivery men were also very well presented and polite. Would use again

The oven is easy to install (just put in in the oven housing unit and plug it in) and it is easy to use. It was a little deep for my oven housing unit so we had to cut away a bit of the unit at the back which was no drama just something to be aware of if you are buying units from a particular well known DIY brand. Looks great as well.

Great oven for the price. Only criticism is that it does come with the wire rack for the grill try.
