This is a good looking and extremely good value oven. It is easy to clean, has a fan and an easy clean surface. I steered clear of some of the more complicated ovens as they were more expensive and gave me features I didn’t need or want. I also chose this because of the brand name. I didn’t want an obscure make in case of reliability issues. This was for a tenant and you have to have reliability as you cannot expect someone paying rent to put up with equipment that doesn’t function (as it is I deducted an amount to make up for the inconvenience of the old oven breaking down, just as a gesture).

I needed something to use when the Aga is off and don't want to pay an electrician to hard wire a new oven in. This works perfectly, and I can still have hot meals. I got a cheap unit from a sweedish flat pack furniture company for 35 quid to house it in, and it's good to go.

Lovely Oven, went for black this time as the silver always tarnishes through time. Nice to have a timer on this one, good range of dials but like all ovens now, only one shelf and no grill pan, just a drip tray

Speedy service and great product

It looks great in the kitchen but the first oven we were sent didn't work. It worked the first day, but then on the next day the oven wouldn't heat up. Seemed to be an issue with the oven heating element, and AO did provide a new one the next day. Giving it 4 stars as I assume/hope it was an unlucky oven and not a common fault. It is a basic oven, but we don't want fancy features, just one that does the job well. Note that AO and Indesit tried to get me to accept an engineer almost a week after reporting the fault, to which I refused. A faulty product should be replaced and they agreed to this without hassle. It heats up quicker than any oven I have known, and that is a big tick in my book.

Bought for my elderly Father, who finds this product very easy to use. The cable was a little short, it just about reached the plug socket. On the whole, a nice product and would recommend. ??
