my oven arrive on time but the problem was the fan didn't work after trying for the first time we went through the advise page on the website and were advised to contact the manufacturer,which we did and it was found that the fan had not been connected when being made. But once this unfortunate problem had been rectified we have been very happy with our oven.

Love this single oven it is very easy to use with no complicated buttons it is wide enough to fit two trays side by side and comes with a drip tray easy to wipe down after use and keep clean

The cooker was really easy to install, done it myself, easy dials to understand, heats up quickly, I'm not sure if it takes a bit longer to cook than the guidelines but at least I don't burn everything now. Only complaint is the one wire rack and not 2 also it has a drip tray or what I would have said was part of the grill pan but it has no wire rack for the inside so I had to buy an adjustable wire shelf and use my old grill pan. Other than that it's a lovely looking, easy to clean cooker.

Great oven! Was super easy to install being a plug and go option. The dials are all easy to use also and with not many heat settings it doesn’t take long to get your head around. Does the job just nicely!

Nice and easy to use. Just select the temperature and cook. I have cooked jacket potatoes, a joint of lamb, roasted potatoes and loaf of bread all to perfection. The oven maintains the selected temperature throughout the cooking process. I know because I have used a independent temp gauge,.
