My oven gave out a week before xmas! Getting this just before was a gamble, but christmas dinner was cooked with success! The temp is even throughout the oven and even a giant Yorkshire pud at the same time as 3 other dishes was perfect. The only reason why this has 4 stars is because I would have liked more than two shelves. However for the price this isn't a massive issue.

what can I say, delivered when promised (team were friendly and helpful) opted for self install took 5 mins, looks perfect, will use AO again

Bought. My oven to replace a very old one - what a difference - cooks better, quicker and more efficiently. Bought from a good company - a win win situation.

Every single thing from the first minute of the phone call to delivery everything was unbelievably efficient. Phone agent was excellent and so were the delivery men absolutely first class. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ao to anyone.

It was easy to install - just plugged in a 13Amp socket so no extra install costs. It's sleek looking and everything I've cooked in it up to now is moist and tasty! Well pleased....

Arrived early in the time slot, got a call to say they were 10 mins away. Installation was quick and easy, no hassle. The oven looks great, works perfectly, especially like the inside light that you can turn on and off.

Came and didn’t work, in all fairness to Ao I had a returns number from Indesit and it was changed straight away. Shame it was broken ??

Ao’ s service is great and so is this cooker very simple and does the job
