This little gem was a life saver when my induction hob broke been a pensioner it was safe and effective letting you know it was hot surface brilliant little gem of a stove thankyou. There isn't anything I didn't like about it. It as a home for life.

Very powerful little induction hob. Nice and robust design and it is very easy to clean. Couldn’t be happier with it. It’s the same for all induction hubs but the speed it heats up a pan is still impressive!

I was looking for x2 hobplates for my small Bubble tea business. I came across these and thought, what a good price, and the feedback from other customers were very good. I would buy them again as they are brilient and very cheap and can't go wrong with the make and model too.

Having moved house I was desperately missing our old induction hob. Cue purchase of this mini induction hob. The good. Plenty of power, brings pans up to the boil very quickly and its easy to maintain a constant simmer. Timer works and switches off the power to the hob as required. The bad. The pre-programmed settings are pointless. boil water for example turns the hob off before the pan is boiling. I only use the manual setting which is fine. What really lets the pan down is the horrible plastic press through cover on the buttons. Terrible to touch, looks as if it will last three months with minimal use of the hob. Not sure who at Tefal signed this off as being acceptable. It's not.

My previous portable induction hob exploded and I found this replacement via web searching. I decided to buy from AO as I’d had a very good experience purchasing from them before. The delivery process was faultless and the hob is great. Easy to use and the heat is very controllable. I’m considering buying another. I highly recommend it.

A few little hitches but the item seems okay

My family and I have recently moved and are camping out in a kitchen that has no working oven or stove top. I purchased this hob to go along with another of the same brand and model to give us more flexibility when we cook. I have had no trouble with either, the first which I have had for over a year, and the second which I brought recently. I am intending to use as a portable stove for outdoor cooking once my renovation is finished. As a roundup, I really like this product, it does exactly what you want it to do, and is simple to use (although I have stuck to manual mode). I chose this, the older model, over the new version as I have been happy with my original and the reviews of the newer lightweight model do not get as good reviews.
