Superb! Couldn't recommend this hob enough. We upgraded from a ceramic hob we bought to move in to the property a year ago, and the difference is like night and day. The control through the induction is ten fold better than a standard electric hob. Cooks superbly and the pan sensor and bridging feature are a massive bonus. Really easy to use and we will be looking at an AEG oven next!

Purchased this to replace my old Dedietrich one that I had had for about 13 years. Chose the hob2hood feature and maxisense version with bridging zone as a really good sounding upgrade and hoped for as good a quality as previous one. Hob2hood works very well. Bridging zone not as versatile as I thought it would be. Pan has to be big enough to cover both centre points of the 2 zones. Not many pans that big. Maxisense works as described. Downfall for me, does not heat up or cool down as quickly as my old Dedietrich so 4 stars. The power boost setting no where near as quick as old one from 13 years ago and was surprised how long the surface took to cool down to be safe enough to touch even.

Excellent quality product, simple to use and easy clean surface. Ability for the unit to automatically react to different sized pans is a nice progression on the old unit we had which was also an AEG branded unit

Excellent hob with wide heating range and superb quick boil facility. Ability to use large pans that can span two cooking areas. Touch controls could be more responsive and child lock is a nuisance but overall a good buy.

Bought after researching best options for replacing our old ceramic hob, and delighted with our first induction hob. Flexible heating areas, super heat control. Great price too. Couldn’t be happier!

Induction Hob cooking Where have you been all my life. Moved house with a Ceramic Hob. Awful to control the heat after living with Gas Hob cooking for so long. "Hot Zone" not suitable to replace for gas, so purchased this Induction Hob. So much easier to use. I particularly like the High Power heating, and the instantaneous heat control when reducing the temp. Also the touch sensitive heat control sliders are nice and simple to adjust. Excellent addition to our Kitchen.

Amazing hob, very powerful and responsive, never had any problems with it. Only downside is an annoying whizzing hum when it's at full power (but I never need it that hot for more than several seconds anyway)
