Does what it says on the box the only thing I didn’t like was on the little wheels on the main hoover head they get gloves with fluff and hair that was the only fault it would have be really good to have the option to buy extra filters A really very good cordless hoover other wise would highly recommend this hoover

As much as I like shark as a manufacturer, unfortunately this hoover is not the best, it constantly gets blocked & needs taking apart to unblock at the bend, the battery life does not last as long as stated and the suction is not as good as other models. Would not re buy.

I think it’s great. After previously owning a Dyson cordless handheld, up to now I think the Shark one is just as good. Hopefully it will stand the tests of time too.

Pleasantly surprised! We had an upright corded Shark that needed replacing and we were unsure of getting a cordless one but it is lighter than I thought it would be and the battery lasts longer than I expected. Easy to do the stairs and car. Overall very happy with the purchase!

I like this hoover, but it is louder than my other hoover. I like the fact it bends in half when putting it away and the lower mechanism. It is a but heavier than my other hoover which was a Dyson. This hoover isn't heavy though and it picks up well.

My old Dyson needed an expensive repair so l decided it was time to replace it with a new battery powered vacuum cleaner. Having used a Sharp corded model at my mum’s house I was convinced of the Shark quality and ease of use but decided a cordless model would suit my needs better. What a good decision. The Shark IZ202 makes vacuuming a pleasure. I can wiz round the house (a mix of carpet and hard floors) in less than 30mins so no need to charge mid clean. It’s light, easy to use and for stairs and such a good price from AO.

Shark is the perfect cleaner I've never known any other brandof hoover to clean so good it just the weight as well Unlike other cleaners this is the perfect one for me.
