Great product

It's an excellent vacuum cleaner. There's one little niggle, it would br good if it had some kind of handle making easier to pick up - Shark designers, get to it!!

What a fantastic product the battery is so easy to charge just plug it in. The battery last 40 mins which gives you plenty of time to clean your home. The flexi hose is so easy to use 1 click and no more bending to get to them awkward positions then just click back and 1 click to release to have a hand held attach the ends to clean the settees from pet hairs or have the long hose to get the cobwebs down. I have arthritis and this cordless hoover is the easiest and lightest hoover I have ever brought, so 5 stars from 1 happy customer ??

Love it! Light, easy to move around corners and under furniture, and seems to provide a good clean of carpet. So much better than my last hoover
