I love it , its easy .super light weight, easy to move around and under tables chair. With its bendy arm tech, emptying just slide the buttom down no touching gross bits, I can even do my stairs with use if tools. Two indoors hariy mobster cats , picks up the hair no problem, and got the room done in one battery use , but also chargers quick to , no cons all pros for me .

I have only used this product a handful of times so far but so far so good. I love that it stands up independently without having to be put in a wall holder and so far the ani hair wrap seems to be doing its job as my hair isnt clogging up the roller ?? (big win)

It does the job, it is light and packs up to a small size, it also feels well made and robust. It isn't any noisier than our old vacuum but it somehow sounds tinnier, possibly too do with it being cordless

My only criticism of this wonderful product is ease of storage, or lack of it. Other than that, it works wonderfully well and I am really happy with it. I've used Dyson and G-Tech in the past and believe that Shark makes a better product

Excellent pickup for this product. Compact for storage. Very pleased with purchase.

Just as good as everyone says. Easy to use, love the way it breaks down into smaller parts. And so far still going on the first battery charge.

I love it, changed to shark a few years ago from Dyson, we have the pet one for downstairs as we have a dog and 3 cats so it's great for their hair. We bought this one for upstairs as I have arthritis I found the other one heavy to carry upstairs so this will be great. So far it picks up great, looks good and folds down so doesn't take up much room. Haven't found anything I don't like yet.

Does the job, but could do with a stair tool, which is quite an expensive extra
