Bought for the Mrs after having a Henry for years. She loves this and now I can get out of hoovering as she doesn't want me breaking it. Great product and a win for me

Would have got 5 stars but lacks functionality without hand tools, these are available at extra cost, but I think at this price point they should be included.

Very efficient cleaning and much lighter than my previous top end cleaner. I should have bought it much sooner! Instructions clear and easy to store

Good price for the product and the delivery and service from AO was very good.

This works really well although a little noisy. I’ve always had a traditional upright so was a little sceptical however this picks up nicely which you can see in the pile. It bends in the middle so it can stand upright when not in use, which is good. The battery doesn’t come with a cradle so is sitting on the bench getting charged after each use, but the battery life seems good so far.

It's perfect for us as it copes with the hair on the hard floors and has really brung up the stairs carpet lovely. The battery seems to last a while. I did the whole house (3 bedroom) and it wasn't even below half charge.

a very well built cleaner, but my wife finds it too heavy to use one handed to clean round the coving etc, other than that its great
