Old vax plastic drive got jammed plus flex hose fro head to Handel snapped so unit is no longer of use, Changed to a shark which is superior as the battery lasts a lot longer ( vac battery lost power very quickly) plus the vac head does not get clogged up with hair, seems to had more suction as well, so glad we changed make

This hoover is just great to use all round the house and light to handle well happy with it
