Brilliant - wish I'd bought one earlier. So much easier to use than a normal vac and love the light and also the fact that it goes underneath chairs etc. I used the hand brush system on the stairs and was just amazing. It is also very easy to empty and the whole thing is very light to move around.

Speedy delivery! I have had a Dyson for 5 years and regularly having to have it serviced. First impression of my Shark is very positive and I love the versatility of it. I expected it to be heavier but pleasantly surprised at how light it is. Battery life is a lot longer than the Dyson which is a huge benefit.

Absolutely fabulous product - complete game changer! Brilliant customer service for AO and particularly Shark when I had an adaptor problem. No quibble in sending out a replacement immediately. I have a dog and the product has unbelievable suction and cleaning power. Battery lasts fine for me to do my entire house and I have recommended the product to 2 friends who are going to buy one. Love this. Very compact. Great on hard floors. Not so much on thin carpet but great on thick pile. Love the hand held option too for pet hair. It's sooooo quiet too.

Really good for the money - easily to assemble and operate with a good level of flexibility - cleans well on both hard floors and carpets - would recommend
