Love this product as its a hoover that is the size of a sweeper! A bit disappointing that the sale just a few days after my purchase meant I could have bought the model with two batteries but that's life... That said I've not needed two batteries the run time of 60 minutes is 6 sessions for my purposes. The simply deta h the battery and charge it anywhere....so easy! The hand held detaches effortlessly just wish it had an extension pole with a brush on the end. I bought the flat brush as a separate attachment but do miss the normal soft brush attachment you get on the end of most hoovers. Would love to see one of those 'fibre optic' style attachments too which allow you to hoover containers etc containing small items (such as in your car dash board) without sucking everything up). On balance a very good purchase the storage and it bending under furniture is a brilliant game-changer.

Spent a long time researching (especally between the various Shark models vs Dyson as have two old models of the latter) before purchasing this model as have two shaggy dogs! Glad we did as really like it - sure it’s battery life isn’t hours long but all its other features made up for it. VROOM VROOM! A day later I discovered it cheaper and AO quickly refunded me the £70 difference under their price promise so that really works too!

Cleans well, took some getting used to as it's heavier than my old one. Haven't worked out all the options yet. It makes a louder noise intermittently and I am assuming that shows it has detected a dirtier area. The instructions that come with it are a bit vague, e.g. working out how to empty it - but it's easy when you know how. Overall, I like it.

Already have a shark corded but wanted something lighter. This is amazing, same strong suction and anti hair wrap. Excellent product highly recommend

Picks up well, easy to use. Definitely a little heavier and clunkier than our last hoover but for the price we can live with that!
