It’s a good vacuum. But I feel the mechanism to fold could be easier one handed, removing the dust bucket is again not simple. It hoovers nice and smoothly and the smell from the cartridges is good. However I don’t feel it’s better enough compared to others to warrant the price.

It's great so far - it's early days and can't comment on the battery longetivity - but in the first few tests very happy! It is functional, looks nice, stores well and vacuums well. Particularly happy to buy Shark as opposed to Dyson due to ethical reasons.

Love it , it’s money well spent and I never get a Dyson again, omg it does what it say can do whole house with out having to recharge . I was lucky if I got 10mins with Dyson and battery had to be replaced 5 times. One happy customer ??

String suction, great battery life, quite heavy

Fabulous cordless vacuum. Cannot fault and with Shark guarantee totally happy. You definitely need the dual battery though. The clean sense is great, providing extra suction when needed and it adjusts to your different floorings. I like the deodoriser, keeps the vacuum from smelling when you have pets. All in all a good buy ??
