For the price it ought to have come with more than one wire shelf and a proper grill tray with a removable handle.

Yeah it's an oven and it works. Not sure what else you want.

Only had this oven a couple weeks but so far I find it easy to manage instruction booklet easy to follow.Have used both grill and oven options on both ovens and everything cooked perfectly.

Good quality product with quiet running and good even cooking. Whilst larger in volume to our previous oven the bottom oven opening is not deep so will have to use top oven more often for larger meals. Also only comes with two oven shelves and a slide in baking tray. Slide out rack is a nice touch. Overall happy with purchase.

Early days but this is a smart looking oven which seems to cook evenly and has given good results so far. Controls are clear and the switches seem nice and chunky - being able to push them in makes for easier cleaning of the front. Time will tell how easy it is to keep the inside looking like new. Seems to heat up reasonably quickly which is an improvement over my old NEFF. As others have noted, the timer alarm is a little quiet but the countdown display is useful. Overall very happy so far.

Looks amazing and the cooking quality of the product is second to none. Would highly recommend this product.

This is a great oven for those with a smaller single oven looking for more space or cooking versatility. With two oven cavities you have additional flexibility to bake & grill at the same time - Sunday roasts are a breeze now, with the joint of meat roasting nicely in the main oven while the great British roast potatoes in the top at a higher temp. I would have given 5 stars if: 1. There was an addition oven shelf - sharing two across both ovens can get a little annoying for a bigger family 2. NEFF had found a way to to reduce the condensation that is generated by the top oven Fitting is relatively simple, but does require an electrician if you don’t have the skills in the family as it’s hardwired into a suitable “cooker” circuit!
