A gas plate was missing I rang to ask them to semd one out and I'm still.waiting!!!

The new cooker I have now is great and in less than a week since its delivery I am so used to it, cooking is fun. Also, the engineers who delivered and fitted it were so polite and friendly, and although it has an instruction booklet, one of them showed me how to work it and built up my confidence. I did thank them when leaving and I would be happy to do it again.

Neat cooker :) Gas controls easy to turn but initially confused my elderly parent - turning the gas on and igniting it takes it to a very high flame, continuing to turn the control takes it down to its lowest flame - its not now a problem but did cause confusion at first. The oven light is good, it can be kept permanently on whilst cooking or just used intermittently for checking.

As discribed, ideal for single person or couple.

Eye level grill is good enjoyed cheese on toast. Only used the cooker a few days have cooked a Sunday roast which was very nice. Always cook meals longer than stated so haven't noticed a problem. the only thing against at the moment is I find the ignition on the right a bit awkward. they could do with swapping the light button with the ignition.
