    Good quality, stylish and powerful.

Really happy. Looks good and powerful. The SMEG sign peals off a bit too easily though.

Looks good and does the job

We’ve had the product for two months now. Looks fab in our kitchen. Goes with our 70cm Smeg range. Minor thing is that it is very loud but our kitchen doesn’t steam up, and the smells don’t hang around too long.

Looks great, easy to fit, not as noisey as i was expecting either. Overall very happy.

    Good piece of kit

Great product- marred only by a slight bend in the lower chimney portion at the edge. Fantastic extraction rate, easy to install, works brilliantly.

    Stylish, sleek & efficient

Who would have realised that the choices for a 70cm wide chimney cooker hood are so limited? AO however came up trumps with this 'A' rated SMEG 70cm wide hood in Stainless Steel. Fitting was simple but one word of caution, if you are brand conscious and displaying the SMEG logo is important to you, don't handle the logo during fitting as it rubs off. This hasn't bothered us but be warned! The function buttons are self explanatory and the inbuilt lights softly illuminate the kitchen at night without the need for additional ceiling lighting. Now to its main function, extraction of smells and steam. It does both efficiently but it is noisy and if you're trying to listen to the radio whilst cooking you will need to increase the volume. For us that's not too much of a hardship as we're looking forward to many years of an odour and steam free kitchen.
