Like having a cinema in your lounge!!
5/5
The first positive is how easy the TV is to set up. I am dyslexic and sometimes struggle with detailed instructions, but the brief written/diagrammatic steps are easy to follow and then the TV prompts the rest of the set up. Adding apps is much easier than my old smart TV. If you are really stuck, the voice control is helpful but certain commands in apps are not available. The picture is so deep it is almost 3D. The real beauty of nature programmes can be fully appreciated, and the clarity makes it virtually immersive. The sound quality is excellent, even without additional speakers, but I managed to connect a sound bar easily. The size is perfect for my lounge (50 inch), giving us a cinema-like experience. Get your popcorn ready! Now, if you want to impress your friends and family, get them over for a gaming night on your new Sony TV. My brother-in-law was anticipating a good experience because the Bravia TVs come well recommended due to their flagship gaming console: Playstation 5. He threw a curveball and also tried an X-box Series X, but the TV was just as happy with the X-box as it was the Playstation. He said, It''s like playing in a movie! , which you don''t experience on many other TVs. The next gaming generation is 120Hz, but the TV doesn''t support this refresh rate. This won’t make a difference to your average gamer. It still has beautiful clarity while playing. It doesn’t support HDR10 however, again, it has sufficient contrast in a well-lit room not to be hindered. There is a gaming mode to avoid input lag. You will not be disappointed with this TV.
