Excellent product, and a vast improvement on our old condenser dryer! However the best thing was probably the experience. Delivery went very wrong, the drivers dropped the dryer off the back of their van, then insisted it be delivered and it'll be fine. It definitely was not fine. However 1 phone call to AO and they had arranged a next day collection and replacement, literally no quibbles. Would have been 4 star apart from their great customer service and getting the issue resolved so efficiently

great product good performance and easy to use

Looks great, drys my garments well, the internal light is a great feature now I don't miss those odd socks. I don't like that the buttons and panel does get condensated which makes the appliance feel unsafe. The condensation maybe a defect but I will contact customer services and see what this is about.
