    Well built quality product

    5/5
We bought the Sharpe as it is made in Turkey and not China. Quite impressed with the build quality. Everyday things like cleaning the filters and emptying the water container are really easy. Once the dryer finishes, some parts like collars and cuffs can still feel a bit damp so we sometimes have to put them in again, buy drying doesn't usually take as long as it tells you when you start. We've used it most days as the weather has been too bad to dry outdoors, but the effect on our electricity consumption seems fairly marginal. All together a good purchase

    Does not work

    1/5
Took delivery and installed, no problem. First use was to dry a half-load of towels. After 5 hours they were still damp and there was no water in the collection tray. Called ao who arranged for a Sharp engineer to attend a week later. He changed the pump, claiming this was the problem. We tried with the towels again but still the same problem - still wet after 5 hours and no water had been collected. We have followed all the instructions in the manual very carefully, so can only guess that there is a serious problem with this machine.

    Pleased so far

    5/5
Only use a few times but very pleased. Definitely econmic on smart meter compared to my old vented. mine is in outhouse utilitly room concerned about it having to be +5 degrees to operate. so will be interested to see have it works at colder temperature as winter progresses. More demanding with filters and tanks and humidity sensors than my old one. But I suppose thats just progress and the tech stuff.
