Disappointed with this dryer. We selected this particular model because it has reverse rotation, so that duvet covers don't get rolled into a ball with it wet inside. This feature turns out to be next to useless as is rotates clockwise for 5 minutes, then reverses for just 2 rotations, which does nothing, and still leaves much of the duvet wet when the sensor stops drying. Having tried a variety of programmes they all leave the contents too wet so need redoing, apart from the very dryest setting.

I bought this machine as it stated on the technical / information that it had a reversible door. It doesn't and so is very awkward to use where it is used. I understood from the reviews and machine instructions that it would take longer to dry but on cupboard dry mode, washing is still damp. I'm not particularly happy with it. Maybe over time it will grow on me!

I’m really pleased with this tumble drier. It replaces an old condensing tumble drier that cost a fortune to run and was really noisy. It works really efficiently - I can see that the energy use is low on my smart meter. It is very quiet and has an internal light, so you can easily see whether the clothes are dry and that you’ve emptied it. If you choose the ‘super dry’ setting clothes come out completely dry and ready to be put away. It feels a quality product and the lint filter even has a double gauze to stop fluff getting through. I’ve only had the machine a couple of weeks so I can’t comment on reliability or how long it’s likely to last but everything so far suggests that it’s well designed and well made.
