Great drum size, seems very efficient and the tank for the water that needs to be drained off is a good size. Plenty of settings for all needs. Not overly noisy. Overall really happy with this product.

Bought this on behalf of my parents. Good build quality, good selection of programmes, dries well in decent time, comes with the drain hose to plumb it in, no complaints so far, must have been a good choice. Much more economical to run than a traditional vented or condenser type dryer.

There were two reasons for bying this particular model of tumble dryer: first 2 year warranty, secend generous size 10kg. The dryer is well made with the tank for collecting water located at the top which is also a lot better than in different models with tanks hidden behind the doors or at the bottom of the dryer. The filters system is also great, very easy to clean. As for the drying process it is quicker than in my previous dryer. Mix program lasts a bit below 2hrs. Considering this and the fact that it uses less energy it is a great buy.

Still working after 1 month! Instructions are a little basic, and the drain hose instructinos are pontless - need to google/youtube it! But its quiet, efficient, and when we select the right setting, does what its meant to!

Brilliant ......replaced our old condensing drier with this heat pump option....OMG no steamed up windows.....no hot room ajy more.....this is so efficient

Looks very smart. I was expecting longer drying times with a heat pump dryer than with my previous condenser dryer but the sensors ensure the shortest possible time. Much more economical to run than my other dryers I have had.

Easy to use. Changes setting if you put it on the wrong one, which is brilliant. Big drum and looks very snazzy. All in all absolutely love it.
