great delivery jusy 1 issue that AO sorted out very quickly. Amazing Cooker and having 2 fan assisted ovens will be a major help while doing the Big dinners for a big familly. fully reccomend.

1st oven was delivered with faulty door on right side oven not closing properly beko Engineer looked and said oven is twisted from transit damage. 2nd oven delivered with faulty door on side oven not closing properly and faulty oven knob causing fan and light to stay on permanently I swear AO has sent me the original oven repackaged with an extra fault.

Overall, its a great value ranger. There was an issue with one of the fans making a rattling noise and the whole thing felt a bit unstable and wobbly so i had to call out a Beko engineer straight away. Beko werent very helpful but thankfully the aftersales at AO were really good. The engineer came and found that the centre feet hadnt been lowered which then stabilised it (he said that happens a lot so look out for 6 feet on installation) and he replaced one of the fans and now its working as it should. Have made some mean roast potatoes and a killer cottage pie. Not that im giving all the credit to the oven, as i played a part as well. We got there in the end and pretty sure this is the best value range cooker on the market.

This is a great product! I was really worried when the range cooker in my new house stopped working, I'd had a quick look and found that the cost of replacing it was eye-watering! Thank goodness someone suggested I looked on AO.com and found this one!!!! Two fan ovens AND a separate grill as well as the 7 burners. I love the different sizes of burners so there's always one to fit whatever size pan I'm using. I've found the ovens great for baking and roasting so far but they are a little bit slow to reach the set temperature - not a problem once you know. I've had the cooker for a couple of weeks and can honestly say I'm really impressed with how it cooks. One little niggle would be that the knobs are a bit "plasticy" but, that doesn't stop it working well! I would definitely recommend this product .
