Great air service, terrible beko product

We had this cooker installed by a gas engineer as we were getting our kitchen fitted, gas immediately starting bellowing out of the electric oven!? Gas fitter cut off the gas to the oven, we hadn’t even had chance to turn it on yet! Rang Beko who said they would ring in 24 hours, they didn’t, we rang back twice, sat on hold for a lifetime and then got cut off, finally got through to be told we had to wait over a week for someone to come and see if our brand new cooker could be fixed, if not another two weeks for a replacement! Shocking!
