Having had the new fridge freezer for 2 days, my wife opened the door and the two top shelves of the fridge door fell out and broke on the floor causing several of the jars that they were holding to smash. Am now waiting for a 'repair' of what seems to be a construction/design fault as the 3rd shelf is also loose, ie we have to be careful not to knock it when lifting milk out from the shelf below, in case that too falls out of the door. I really wish we had not bought this fridge/freezer to replace our previous Series Bosch, I have no confidence in this fault being resolved, as the 'repair' is reliant on the parts being available, as this could not be assured when I phoned Bosch. The nightmare scenario of buying a new Bosch fridge continues.

Just love this Fridge/Freezer, so much that I've bought two! Very roomy, great design and easy to keep clean.. Why two? I use one for every day and the other for storage. Economical to run and very efficient.

Excellent, spacious and well laid out. This is just what we needed in our new kitchen. Only had it a short while but it is frost free and keeps everything at the correct temperature in the separate 'zones'. Also, the most energy efficient model we could find.

Big, silent, great, the positioning of the shelves could be more flexible. But apart from that brilliant fridge-freezer.

Down sized from separate tall fridge and freezer, now only 2 of us at home. Fridge spacious and well designed. 2 of 3 freezer compartments are deep and sufficient space for 2 adults for usual frozen veg, ice cream and meat products plus several batch cooked tub meals

Very impressed with this fridge freezer. It is so quiet. Plenty of space inside and the vegetable box at the bottom seems to be very good at keeping things crisp and fresh. Freezer has two and a half drawers which are very spacious. The only drawback is that it is a tight fit for the milk containers in the fridge door as far as height goes.
