Love this appliance. Excellent freezer space and has a fast freeze function which is really useful when adding a number of items at the same time. The 'fridge has a drawer for meats/poultry and a separate, large drawer for fruit/veg, keeping it all fresher for longer. The temperature control is inside at the top of the 'fridge and is really good at keeping cold preventing spoilage. A major reviewing firm said the internal light was unnecessarily bright but I totally disagree and love the brightness. And, oh so quiet.

This is a great fridge with a lot of nice features. A massive salad drawer, a meat compartment to keep it separate and a bottle rack. The fridge is also very quiet when running. Only thing to watch out for is that the salad drawer takes up some door space, so you end up with two shelves very close to each other. Overall we’re very happy with it.

This Bosch fridge-freezer replaced a much-loved, but worn out, appliance of Lithuanian origin. It has a lot to live up to. After a week in use, all is running well, I like the capacities of fridge and freezer, and the ability to control fridge and freezer temperatures independently of each other. I selected this Bosch specifically because it fits the restricted space, and because it has a chill-zone meat and fish box, which I have been accustomed to, meaning fresh meat etc keeps better. I wish the front edge of the veg box had a lift-up flap at the front for easier access, as did my discarded appliance. I will be contacting ao.com about the door seal as one corner looks vulnerable. I hate that the doors rotate through 180 degrees to bash against the kitchen counter. We are having to learn to be way more careful opening the doors. So far, that is my only gripe. And, oh - that I couldn’t get it in cream colour. Time will tell on energy consumption and durability.

Very nice fridge / freezer. Quiet and very well designed inside. The one annoying feature is the door alarm. It goes off too quickly, so when you are loading in shopping, it goes off and you have to stop it. Maybe there is a way of setting the time before it sounds, but otherwise, a great product.

Basically good product but the layout not quite as useful for us as previous fridge/freezer, which was an earlier model.
