Purchased this fridge/freezer to replace an old fridge and an even older freezer. From ordering to delivery, and after, the purchase was one of the easiest I’ve ever made. The purchase was definitely five stars and the two lads who brought it into the house should get even more - they were brilliant. The main reason for the purchase was because of the way electricity prices have soared. The fridge is roughly the same size as our old one but the freezer is quite a bit smaller. Will need to be careful what we put in it - mind you, there won’t be the waste our old freezer caused by being unable to access what was at the bottom. So, getting back to the “SAVING” part - the main reason for the purchase. Have been keeping a very close eye on our electricity usage over the past few months. The regular daily usage - that is with the old fridge and freezer, and anything on standby - was roughly 3p per half hour 24hrs/day. When we switched over to the new fridge/freezer and switched the old ones off, leaving everything else as was, the drop in electricity usage was noticeable (astonishingly so). The half hourly usage DROPPED - and I do mean dropped - it was down to under 1p per half hour. That’s a saving of around 50p/day - £3.50/week . . . or £180 per year. I was dumbfounded. I had expected that there would be a difference in usage, but not such a massive one. The figures are on our monitors right in front of us. No bull****, no making it up. It’s there for all to see. Worked it out that with the savings the fridge/freezer would pay for itself inside three and a half years. My only regret is that I should have purchased the fridge/freezer sooner. Here’s hoping that it lasts as long as the ones it replaced. By the way the original idea of purchasing the fridge/freezer was not because I am “green” it’s because I am mean! But green or mean I am unexpectedly helping save the planet.

Very good product. Lots of space and looks tidy. Also nice and quiet majority of the time.
