horrible engineering - avoid
2/5
The fridge is all good and dandy and does what it says, it only has one major defect. When you spill any liquid (I spilled a lot of milk) it will all drain to what is called a drip pan, on the back of the fridge. In most fridges you can get the drip pan out, empty and clean it. But not on this one. The pan can not be removed and access to it is very limited. So once I spilled milk in the fridge, 2 days later my whole kitchen smelled like an old cheese factory. Getting the rotten milk out of the drip pan completely was not possible. I only managed to get some portion of it out, the rest will just rot in my brand new fridge forever. Luckily the smell is gone from the kitchen and can be smelled only when you get close to the back of the fridge. How can a company manufacturing home appliances for decades release a fridge with such a horrible anti-feature? Unbelievable. I will never buy anything from Bosch again.
