    A good product

    5/5
This was a direct replacement for a same size model by Miele. This one is much better at keeping cool, and also the bottom drawer in the old model used to get a lot of condensation from the veg but this one does not, presumably because the air circulates.

Beware - Not a simple swop with an old Neff larder fridge.

    3/5
We bought this fridge loader to replace a 16 year old integrated Neff larder fridge of exactly the same dimensions. We thought it would be a simple swop. We were wrong. The fridge door now hinges in a completely different way resulting in a major amendment to the cabinet (we had to add hinges and a slider rather than the previous system of the door attaching to the fridge). I’m still not convinced that the fridge door seals every time even though everything has been installed according to the instructions.

New built in fridge to replace Hotpoint. Easy to install and very impressed by it.

    5/5
Product was delivered on time by the best delivery service I've ever experienced in terms of tracking and regular update and even a pre drop off phone call from the delivery driver. The product itself was well packaged. I installed the fridge myself having had to remove to old one prior to fitting the new one into the cupboard carcus housing. The written instructions supplied were more to do with cleaning, maintenance and operation of the fridge leaving the actual installation instructions to a picture book without and words, just ticks and crosses to indicate what to do and what not to do. I would suggest that anyone installing this fridge by themselves take time to ho over these drawings several times before starting the install just to get to grips with what they are i structing you to do. On the whole though, anyone with a few ounces of common sense can figure everything out and carry out the installation without much trouble. The only tools I needed were a screwdriver, a drill with a small drill bit just to pilot the holes in the wood of the cupboard door to accept the screws for the sliding opening brackets. The bolts for the fridges door hinges and door side bolts that hold the sliding bracket required an allan key bit which I was suprised to find was not included in the fixing kit. I did have one of my own though so this did not hinder my installation. On powering up, you have to wait approx 8 minutes for the fridge compressor to start up. The internal LED type light is bright and well placed between shelves towards the front of the fridge do that items placed on the shelves do not block out light emitted from it. A week after installation, it is completely frost free with nk moisture on the rear panel or indeed anywhere. The motor is extremely quiet and it's holding it's temperature perfectly which we currently have set to 6 degrees. Shelf spacing is good although we have a few slightly taller bottles of condiments that are too tall to stand up between them (Where we could with our old Hotpoint model). Not a major problem though as they can be either laid down ot stood up on one of the door trays. Overall, I am very pleased with the product. As an engineer by trade, it's design is eell thought out. All of the electronics in way of controller boards are housed in top of the fridge outside of the cooling chamber. Our old unit had the control board circuitry hidden behind the internal fridgd light which meant it was exposed to the low temperature and also possible moisture - msybe one of the reasons it developed a fault. I did look at the Bosh priduct as well before ordering this unit. The Bosch reviews did not seem that good and the internal configuration of the bottom food draw just seemed inferior to this one. Very happy with the fridge and I find myself just opening the door to admire how clean and bright it looks everytime I walk by it. I would reccomend this item.

    Great fridge - spacious

    5/5
Great new fridge - somehow more spacious inside than our previous one, and much more reliable temperature (the old one was very old!). Love the size of the vegetable drawer, the 'OK' sticker checking temperature and the warning sound if I fail to shut it properly!

A great fridge. Smart, cold and silent. Everything you need in a fridge and nothing you don’t need.

    5/5
Great replacement for our existing integrated fridge which after 20 odd years was functionally fine but shelves broken and decided the time was right to replace. The Neff was chosen because of size and we wanted Siemens or Bosch . This was cheaper and I get the impression the more expensive fridges are probably from the same manufacturer (their model numbers are similar) .Neff have a good reputation so had no hasitation in ordering this fridge and I have previous knowledge of AO so decided to order. I am not disappointed. The fridge is sturdy quiet and easy to clean. The interior light is very bright but you soon get used to that. The door seals well on closure and when set up it reached recommended levels of chill very quickly. I can’t hear the compressor in action which is good. Look online for prices and AO will compete.
