The Bosch replaced an integrated fridge freezer which had been slowly icing up, being an old lady I was a bit anxious about the change over, had I measured correctly etc. The delivery was great, the AO men were reassuring, understanding and helpful in every way, the changeover was speedily executed and in a few hours I had a working fridge freezer which has been excellent ever since.

After being without a cold fridge during the hot weather this was very good to have installed! Bosch can be more expensive than other brands but I think you do realise why. I have always had a good experience with Bosch products.

It's only been a month but so far so good

Good product, cooling wise it’s doing the job. It is a bit louder than expected though nothing to invasive. The lighting is not great in the main fridge compartment.

This is the second time we have used ao and once again, we have been so impressed: huge choice of appliances compared with competitors, where many are currently out of stock, best prices, easy to order, excellent communication, including friendly van drivers both times, phoning when near to give more accurate arrival times. They've won us over with full marks all round! This fridge freezer is just what we wanted.

Great value for money, excellent fridge freezer, fridge has lots of space great for filling it up and seeing it all. Easy to fit as well.
