I’m pleased with this fridge freezer. It’s quiet and lovely and bright inside. I really like the bottom fridge drawer fir fruit and veg, it’s really big and can fit loads in. I have subtracted a star only because the drawer for meat/fish pulls out too far and off it’s runners often do I’m concerned it will break before long as it’s tricky to get it back in. Also because the bottle holder rack is too small for big bottles like coke but too small for short bottles which can fall through the rack.

Great refrigerator seems to work well and fit lots. Freezer feels a little bit small in terms of what can go in drawers but this maybe due to no frost option.

Very good. Keeping fruits and vegetables fresh for longer period of time than our old Miele fridge. Hope it could work well forever, haha

Great product - quiet, efficient, good quality and loads of space. Love the draws for meat and veg to help keep them fresh.

Great product, deadly quiet and so far, 1 month in, no frosting anywhere. Keeps to within +-1 degree C of specified value. Love it.

Very happy with my new fridge freezer. Especially like the Fresh sense drawers - they have definitely kept my meat and fruit/veg fresher for longer. Another huge bonus is never having to defrost the freezer ever again! Downsides are that the freezer drawers are tiny. I purposely opted for a 60/40 fridge freezer for more space formerly having a 70/30 fridge freezer but it actually holds LESS than my old freezer!! I’m very happy overall with this purchase and purchased a chest freezer to compensate!

Where to start ? Up to this delivery I had spoken strongly as to the brilliance of AO . Both goods and delivery. However the bubble burst when this item was delivered. I had paid for it to set up as it was a integrated fridge freezer being replaced . There was no obvious plug at the rear of the cabinet although the wire was obvious. The two fitters left saying soon as I got a plug fitted they would be back . Not True as a phone call from AO . They don’t come back . Not really acceptable.
