so my kettle broke on day 1 of self isolation.... this was not a good start!! so I decided to buy the kettle I have been staring at for years. I cannot recommend AO enough!!! Really happy with the service I received from AO. I ordered the Patel Green product but when I saw it in situ it didn't work with my kitchen design. it was a beautiful colour but instead of complimenting my kitchen theme it shouted "I AM A KETTLE!" which why not its a fantastic bit of machinery... however I realised I bought the wrong colour and the lovely lady at Customer services literally made my day when she said she had sent the Cream version to me and I just needed to hand the other box over (Covid-19 compliant handover) and I even got £1 refund, as the cream was cheaper!! now my brews are boiled in a very swish kettle and all is good aesthetically speaking... we are of course still in isolation but at least I have a nice cup of tea to keep me going! stay safe!
