I love this retro design and am so pleased that I chose the glossy white. There is also a matte white available, but they had sold out when I ordered mine. Easy to use, and love the choice of temperature settings for making coffee and for sterilising bottles.

I love this kettle. It is beautiful to look at. I love the temperature control aspect on it. Although it is heavy, it is easy to use. Worth every penny.

I Can't fault it! Looks nice lots of comments about it, I like the chimes it makes when it's boiled and the temperature settings are so useful for my household. Yes its expensive but you get what you pay for.

Lovely kettle. I have a SMEG fridge so know they’re really good quality products but love my new kettle! It’s very stylish, maybe a tad heavy when it’s full (but then I struggle with arthritis), but very clearly a well made product. The fact that it plays a little tune as you switch it on and when it’s finished boiling is just another plus for me…will look amazing with the toaster I bought along side it, when I finally get to put them in my nice new kitchen :)

Really lovely milk frother. I love the range of settings and the fact that you have a cold milk option with froth. It also looks beautiful on my worktop!

I have bought this kettle 12 months ago and 6 months later it has developed paint blister. Smeg were very good and send a replacement kettle immediately. The next new kettle had developed a fault in the first 6 months by which the lid would not open and had to be pressed several times before it popped up. I have yet again contacted Smeg and as the original purchase was still within 12 months I received a replacement kettle within 1 day. Excellent service by Smeg customer services but unfortunately the 3rd kettle has a fault with the lid too, which this time it keeps popping up open. 3 kettles in 12 months, all faulty and now out of original guarantee so stuck with it. Really not worth the money. For this price I would expect top quality product and certainly a longer guarantee period. Very disappointed.
